Ramadan’s most favourite salan. I usually make it for sehri with paratha and chai.

Heat up the oil in pot and put some nigella seeds. Once it starts splattering add chopped onions and fry and make it soft.

Then add potatoes and tomatoes and started putting seasoning like turmeric.

Then add chilli powder and roasted dry coriander with salt and mix it well. Add half cup of water and cover it. Cook until it cooks properly.

Garnish coriander and serve with chapati.
