Cooking Instructions

Place dried chickpeas in a bowl covered with water for 18-24 hrs. Water should cover chickpeas by about 2-3 in

Drain the water and pat chickpeas dry. Put chickpeas and all the other ingredients in a food processor. Process for 20 seconds, scrape sides, repeat until well combined, not mushy.

Refrigerate falafel mix for 45-60 mins. Make balls from the mix about the size of a cookie dough ball.

Spray air fryer with cooking spray and cook for 15 mins at 375 F (or until crispy and slightly brown on outside). Serve!
