This was a test run to see if it would work. They came out quite well.
Steps

Mix eggs, flour and milk until you have a smooth batter.

Leave to stand for an hour or so.

Add ramekins to your air fryer with a small amount of oil in the bottom.

Preheat the air fry at 200c for 10 minutes.

Give the batter a quick mix and then add a small amount to each ramekin. It should bubble when it hits the hot oil.

Cook for 15 minutes at 200c.
Remove the puddings using tongs. And serve. - 7
Enjoy.
