Cabbage Maggi Wraps

Assemble ingredients

Maggi Noodles packet

Prepare Maggi noodles as we usually prepared and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add chopped onion and sauté till translucent, then add chopped Cabbage along with slight salt and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add Maggi Masala -e Magic and mix well.

Sauté for 3-4 minutes under low medium and cabbage is well cooked and shrinks.

Cabbage is done.

In mixing bowl crack eggs and whisk. Add pepper powder + salt + milk and whisk very well.

Add cooked cabbage mix and mix very nicely.

Grease the pan with Oil / butter, put 3-4 ladle of egg mixture ion low flame, pour the egg mixture, and spread evenly around the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes under low flame.
Gradually egg mixture starts firming. - 11
Then flip it and cook the other side for another 2 minutes by covering with lid. Add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and spread all around. Add Maggi noodles on any one side of it.

Wrap very gently and gently press with spatula and cook further for around 1-2 minutes. Automatically wraps get sealed under heat and after cooling it gets sealed properly.

Wraps are done. Repeat the same process with rest of the remaining egg mixture.
The whole cooking have to be done under low flame. - 14
Serve with tomato ketchup and pair with salad.
