Ingredients

10 mins cook 10 mins prep
2-4 People
  • Dressing
  • 1-4 tspbirds eye or Thai Chilli, finely minced
  • 1Sml clove of Garlic - Minced
  • 1 bunchfinely chopped coriander stems
  • 2 tspwhite sugar
  • 2 tbspfish sauce
  • 3 tbsplime juice
  • 1 tbspcanola or vegetable oil
  • salt (good pinch)
  • Salad
  • 200 ggood quality beef (I like mine medium / medium Rare but up to you)
  • 1/4 tspeach salt and pepper
  • tomatoes sliced
  • small red onion, very finely sliced
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cupmint leaves, lightly packed

Steps

10 mins cook 10 mins prep
  1. 1

    Mix all the dressing in a jar and shake together.

    Cut all the rest off ingrediants and put into a large mixing bowl (apart from Beef) cover with dressing and toss together. Put onto a serving plate and top with the beef.

    You can easily use more or less chilli depending how spicy you like. ENJOY :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
