In a springform pan, layer three sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with melted butter and sprinkling with the nut mixture. Repeat these steps 3 to 4 times, depending on your preference.

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together. Add the yogurt and heavy cream, then the eggs, vanilla, and flour. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan and bake in a water bath at 340°F (170°C), top and bottom heat, for 1 hour.

Note: If the top of the cheesecake browns before the baking time is up, cover it with a pan or foil to prevent burning. After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another hour.

Remove from the oven and pour syrup over the cheesecake.

When serving, garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
