1plastic kailan
5shallots
1 tspcooking oil
1 tspoyster sauce

Steps

Wash and trim veggies. Place in a plate.

Steam for 10 mins. Set aside.
3

Sautee shallots in oil until golden brown. Then dilute oyster sauce with a little water.
4

Pour into sauteeh shallots. Simmer then pour over kailan.
5

Serve
