Wash carrot 🥕, tomato 🍅 and ginger keep aside, cut onions into rings, green chillies into juliennes, carrot juliennes, ginger juliennes, 🍅 tomato in cubes, chopped chives and keep aside.

In the time of serving, in a bowl 🥣 add all the vegetables (onion rings 🧅, tomato 🍅, carrot 🥕, green chillies, ginger juliennes, chopped chives) and mix gently. Finally add salt 🧂, crushed black pepper and mix well, serve immediately.
