Spicy Lasagna

Cheryl Anne Usherwood
Cheryl Anne Usherwood @Louisessister

When I was young, I never really enjoyed traditional flavours. I created a lasagna dish using rajah spice and sweet chilli sauce to make the mince special and spicy. It was something everyone very much enjoyed and requested I make many time’s thereafter again. I’ve since tweaked the recipe and created this which in my opinion is tops of the pops. Now and then I still try it with sweet chilli sauce added into the mince when cooking and it’s also delicious and different.

Anyway, try it both ways at some point in your life. You won’t regret it 😉
