Never found a recipe for chilli rellenos that I loved so this recipe was created. A family favorite.

Make pork gravy and add chili powder.

Dip corn tortillas in prepared gravy with chili powder. Layer on bottom of oiled casserole pan. Add layer of pablano (opened up without stem or seeds) add a layer of pepperjack, repeat. Put gorgonzola on last layer before finishing with totilla, pepperjack cheese on top.

Heat in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until it's bubbling. Let rest out of oven for 5 minutes then cut into squares, serve with refried beans and flour tortillas.
