Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 10-12Corn tortillas
  2. Packagepork gravy 1 or 2 packs
  3. Chilli powder 1 tsp or 1 or 2 shakes
  4. Pablano chilis 6 to 8 roasted & peeled remove stems split open to layer.
  5. 4-6 ozPepperjack cheese lots to taste
  6. Gorgonzola 2 to 3 tablespoon (secret ingredient) not required

    Make pork gravy and add chili powder.

  2. 2

    Dip corn tortillas in prepared gravy with chili powder. Layer on bottom of oiled casserole pan. Add layer of pablano (opened up without stem or seeds) add a layer of pepperjack, repeat. Put gorgonzola on last layer before finishing with totilla, pepperjack cheese on top.

    Heat in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until it's bubbling. Let rest out of oven for 5 minutes then cut into squares, serve with refried beans and flour tortillas.
