Chop the chards and the garlic

Fry the chards and the garlic in a pan with high heat till the chards get a dark green color. From 5 to 10 minutes

Add pepper and salt while frying

Mix the chards with beaten eggs and fry the mix to make the omelette.

Serve and enjoy!
