Ingredients

  1. 1 lbelbow macaroni
  2. 2 lbsground beef
  3. 3 clovesminced garlic
  4. 1 packetitalian seasoning
  5. 2 (15 oz)cans tomato sauce
  6. 2 (14.5 oz)petite diced tomatoes
  7. 1small yellow onion (diced)
  8. 2 tspblack pepper
  9. 2 tspsalt
  10. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Cook macaroni 3 minutes less than box instructions & drain

  3. 3

    In a large skillet cook ground beef with diced onions til browned. Drain grease

  4. 4

    Add minced garlic to ground beef & cook a few minutes til fragrant.

  5. 5

    Add tomato sauce, cans of diced tomatoes & seasonings. Mix well over medium heat.

  6. 6

    Add cooked noodles to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Then add ground beef mix to the dish as well. Mix all together & add cheese. Mix again & place in oven to cook for 20-25 mins until cheese is melted or goulash starts to bubble.

I'm not a cook, but cook something (or try) every Saturday for family. Made this and it came out very tasty. Halved ingredients and was perfect. Thanks for recipe!
