Take a soaked chana daal.Coarsely grind it.

To make a dough- take a Refined flour add ajawain,salt to taste and oil 5 tbsp. Then keep it to rest for 10 minutes

Take a wok put 2tbsp oil,add asofoetida,fennel seed coriander seed,and coarsely grind red chilli,then put daal and other ingredients with salt and saute it till it gets golden brown.

Then take a dough and make a small balls from it and roll over rolling board like small chapati and cut in between.Then fill the masala in it and make a triangle shape.

After that take a wok and heat the oil for deep fry and put the samosas in it and fry it at low flame till it become golden brown golden brown and crisps. Ready to eat with chai
