This is a delicious, light, and easy-to-make dessert—perfect for hot days!

Zest 2 lemons.

Mix the evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk together, then add the strained juice of 6 lemons.

In a glass dish, make a layer of Maria cookies, cover with the lemon cream mixture, then add another layer of cookies. Repeat, finishing with a layer of cream. Garnish with lemon zest.
