kgPotatoes (Half Boiled)1/2
2 tspCumin seeds
2 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspSalt
2Lemons
4Green chillies
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
1/2 cupOil

Steps

Cut potatoes into round shape.

Add in spices and mix.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in potatoes and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Cut lemons into slices.

Add in green chillies,lemon slices and coriander leaves.

Cook covered for 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
