Ingredients

  • 500 ggram g dal
  • 250 gmasur dal
  • 250 gcusia dal
  • 8pie bay leaves
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 1 tbspblack pepper
  • 1&1/4 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tsphing / asafoetida

Steps

    Firstly of all,we will heat the black pepper so that it's moisture get over well, don't roast it too much.

    Now let's heat the fenugreek seeds also, don't roast too much.

    Now heat the cumin as well and transfer it in a plate. In the last,we have to heat the bay leaves also a little, now we will make a coarse powder.

    We will clean all the lentil throughly by cleaning them with cotton clouth.

    A very good taste comes in a such a coarsely ground. It is not to be wasted and ground because of this. It's taste becomes completely different.

    150g ash ground cut into small pieces & make a smooth paste.

    To make bari, pour 1 / 2 litre of water in a large pot.beat Water with hand. This will make the Water lighter, if you want, you can also use grinder or beater too

    Now slowly put besan in it and will be beat.

    As the mixture become thick, a little hard work will increase, will stop a few seconds and will be beat continuously.

    In tha last,add asafoetida spices and let it beat for a while. Will add ginger to the mixture and mix it well.

    Putting the big mixture in the water will check if it floats then our bari is well.

    In not floats will take some more time. I checked by putting in a large amount, bari is very beaten.

    When ever bari is made it in the early morning. That's why it become very soft.

    Synthetic clothes is used to make bari, it removed bari very well.

    Now, we will make bari from small size.
