Soaked the rice keep it aside for almost 1 hour.
Now add 2 tbs oil and add 1/2 tbs jeera, 2 bay leaves, chopped ginger, green chilli & onion and let them crackle.

Add all spices and vegetable and mix them properly
let it cook for 5 min in a medium flame. - 3
Add soaked rice and mix them properly after that add 2 cup water and salt as per your requirement.

Cover the cooker and simmer for 25 minutes or till the rice cooks well.

Your biryani/Vegetable pualo is ready to eat..!!
Serve it with Raita and Papad
