  • Cooking oil (mustard prefered)
  • Making dish
  • 2 cupCurd
  • Spices
  • Cumin seeds
  • Red pepper 🌶 powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt 🧂

15 minutes 🕑
  1. 1

    Peel banana 🍌. Cut into medium sized pieces.

    Take a pan add cooking oil for deep frying till heated put cut raw banana 🍌 pieces. Fry it well and then Keep it aside.

    Take a pan add cooking oil till heated add cumin seeds and add fried raw banana 🍌 pieces to it.add then add red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt 🧂 on it.

    Add curd on it.

    Stir it well and on medium flame 🔥 continuously stirring it to remove its moisture.

    Stirring it continuously, when moisture removes then remove from the flame.

    Take it in a serving bowl 🥣.
