1avocado
Halfan apple
Garlic
1kiwi
Olive oil, squeezed lemon and salt

Boil the beetroot for 40 minutes and then let it cool and slice it in cubes and put them in a bowl

Add the avocado

Add the apple, garlic and kiwi

Mix all the ingredients and pour extra virgin olive oil on top

Squeeze half a lemon and mix again
