Ingredients

Total 25 w prep

  1. 1 cupslim green beans, skinny - cut off end and in half
  2. 1/2 cupfresh pea pods
  3. 1/2 cupcarrot shreds
  4. 1/3 cupdry roasted peanuts
  5. 2 tbspstir fry oil
  6. 1 tbsppeanut or Thai chili oil
  7. 1 tbspbasil olive oil
  8. 3green onions
  9. Add one yellow pepper
  10. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes
  11. 3chicken breast’s- I use the same peanut sauce and chicken from my Thai Peanut Kale Salad
  12. Fajita Steak- already seasoned
  13. For the peanut sauce
  14. 1/2 cup PB
  15. 1/3 cupbrown sugar,
  16. 1/2 cup water
  17. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  18. 2 tbsprice vinegar

Steps

Total 25 w prep
  1. 1

    Cook on simmer low for 2-5 minutes.. I used my left over cooked chicken from my salad so if you were using raw chicken you will need more time

    For the peanut sauce: whisk in after vegetables have cooked on 6/7 for 4-5 minutes
