Ingredients

Total 25 w prep
4 servings
  • 1 cupslim green beans, skinny - cut off end and in half
  • 1/2 cupfresh pea pods
  • 1/2 cupcarrot shreds
  • 1/3 cupdry roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbspstir fry oil
  • 1 tbsppeanut or Thai chili oil
  • 1 tbspbasil olive oil
  • 3green onions
  • Add one yellow pepper
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 3chicken breast’s- I use the same peanut sauce and chicken from my Thai Peanut Kale Salad
  • Fajita Steak- already seasoned
  • For the peanut sauce
  • 1/2 cup PB
  • 1/3 cupbrown sugar,
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 tbsprice vinegar

Steps

Total 25 w prep
  1. 1

    Cook on simmer low for 2-5 minutes.. I used my left over cooked chicken from my salad so if you were using raw chicken you will need more time

    For the peanut sauce: whisk in after vegetables have cooked on 6/7 for 4-5 minutes
