My family loves this easy recipe. My wife and daughters visited a Ladies Tea Room and got the chicken spaghetti. They loved it so much that I told them I could make it. This is what I made them.

Ingredients

1 hour 10 minutes
12 servings
  1. 16 ozDry Spaghetti
  2. Salt and black pepper
  3. 4 cansCream of Chicken soup
  4. 1 cupmilk (substitute 1 canned milk)
  5. 1/4 cupLawry’s Chicken and Poultry Rub
  6. 2large boneless chicken breast
  7. 1large green bell pepper
  8. 1medium sweet onion
  9. 12 ozShredded Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 10 minutes
  1. 1

Place chicken breasts in pot of boiling water. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil until chicken is done. Approximately 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. 2

In large 3 qt or larger pot, fill with water and bring to boil. Place spaghetti in boiling water for exactly 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

Cut chicken breasts into cubes. Set broth aside for use in sauce.

  4. 4

    Chop bell pepper and onion.

  5. 5

SAUCE: In large mixing bowl place canned soup. Add milk and Lawry’s seasoning to bowl. Using whisk mix ingredients until smooth. I sometimes add additional broth from chicken to loosen this sauce up. I try to make sauce loose to have additional sauce for leftovers.

  6. 6

In large casserole dish place spaghetti. Add chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Pour sauce over all ingredients. Mix sauce into spaghetti and other ingredients we’ll. Cover dish with foil.

  7. 7

Cook covered dish in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour.

  8. 8

Remove dish from oven. Uncover and spread cheese evenly over the dish. Place back in oven, uncovered, for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. I sprinkle paprika over cheese prior to melting just for the color.

  9. 9

Remove from oven. Serve piping hot. Enjoy!!
