This lango kheer is good vrat. You can make as a sweet dish at your meals too for any occasions.

Steps

Pour 3/4 lit full cream milk into a heavy bottom pan Or kadhai. Over high flame, keep on stirring the milk continuously. Also churn mango pulp into mixer jar.

After 15-20 minutes, milk starts boilng & reducing. At this stage add 1 cup sugar. Again mix & stir well. Layer of cream on milk
appears. Need Scrapping the layer of cream at the sides of pan. Continue boiling & stiring of milk is needed. Turn the flame low. - 3
In the meantime soak 3 tsp sama rice into water for 20 min. After 20 minutes, grind it into mixie jar into fine paste. Add this paste into boling milk. Stir well from the bottom of pan so that there would not be lumps.

Allow to boil the milk & also cook the sama rice paste. Once milk is reduced & sama rice paste cooked, add chopped nut, cardamom powder. Let it boil for few minutes & Kheer is ready.

Again mix all ingredients well. Now add mango pulp into the boiling kheer. Combine & stir well. Allow to boil the kheer. It has nice colour & flavor.

Serve hot or chilled as you like. It tastes delicious when served as chilled. Garnish with small mango pieces & chopped nuts. Mango kheer is ready.
