Cooking Instructions

Prepare the meatball mix : mix ground beef, and pork, add the garlic powder, onion, onion powder and worchester mix& cornflake crumbs. make into 2 inch meatballs. Set on a plate and chill in fridge for 30 minutes..

Get a good pan like a cast iron skillet. Add veg oil and 1 tbsp butter. Fry meatballs for 6-7 min on med high until browned flip and brown other side. Cook them all the way through. Transfer to a plate, pat off grease and put under tinfoil, set aside.

Start to boil your noodles. Add salt to water/ oil optional

Get another pan - non stock or ceramic like a Staub Pan. Get it going over med: high heat. Add 4 tbsp butter, add 3 tbsp of flour, and cream and 2 cups of broth. Whisk the entire time, let this start to bubble and thicken. Add allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon. Stir until thick.. add flour to thicken if needed. Add salt and pepper to taste.. taste the sauce you may want to add more worchestire your choice. Add meatball balls to the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes

Drain cooked pasta / save pasta water. Add a splash of olive oil to noodles. Dish into pasta bowls.

Add 1/4 cup of pasta water into cream sauce and meatballs as needed to thicken sauce. Stir. Spoon meatballs and sauce over noodles!
