Take all the ingredients for the dough in a deep bowl and knead. Get a soft, non-sticky dough.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and place on a floured tray. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

For the inside, mash the cheese, add the small chopped parsley and green onion, mix.

Thin the dough with a rolling pin and put the filling in one corner, close the D-shaped edges. Close by pressing the edges.

Heat the pan and then cook both sides of the dough on medium heat.

Brush both sides of the dough with sunflower oil.
