Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let them splutter then add hing, ginger and curry leaves, saute few seconds, now add grated coconut,salt, turmeric powder, mix it and cook on low flame.

Now add carrots pieces and mango pieces and fry them some times then add boiled chickpeas and cook another 4-5 minutes.

Lastly add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

Chickpeas sundal is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh grated coconut and serve.
