Apple Custard

For the Apple Custard:
With a stick blender blend the liquefy the Apples with the Almond Milk and Orley Whip in a pot. - 2
Blend in the Custard Powder, Sugar and Cornflour until smooth.

Over medium-high heat cook the mixture until the custard thickens, while whisking regularly. Set aside to cool until room temperature.

For the Caramelized Apples:
Over medium-high heat melt the Plant Butter in a nonstick pan. - 5
Add in the Apples and cook until the apples start to soften.

Add in the Sugar, Ground Cinnamon and Vanilla Essence. Cook until it is thick.

Dish the custard into serving bowls then add the caramelized apples ontop. Serve and Enjoy.
