Today I have made tasty delicious banana stem/ thor bhaja recipe. Thor is the innermost core of the banana stem . It's perfect side dish for lunch. It's very easy to make.

Today I have made tasty delicious banana stem/ thor bhaja recipe. Thor is the innermost core of the banana stem . It's perfect side dish for lunch. It's very easy to make.

Wash the chopped thor. Take pressure cooker add water, chopped thor, little salt and turmeric powder, cook for 2-3 whistles. Once pressure is released completely, open the lid and cool down completely. Now strain it with the help of a strainer. Keep aside.

Heat mustard oil in a kadai add mustard seeds let them splutter then add chopped green chillies, red chilli and saute few seconds then add boiled thor and cook some times on low flame then add salt mix it well and cook another 3-4 minutes.

Now stir continuously on high flame to let the water evaporate. Then add sugar and mix it well. Thor bhaja is ready.
