Steps

Peel and rinse the shredded potatoes.Drain and squeeze dry.Place shreds in a bowl and mix in onion,flour and egg until eventually distributed.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.When oil is hot place potatoes into the pan.

Cook until nicely browned.Then flip over and brown the other side.
- 4
Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.Season with salt and pepper.serve immediately.
