Steps

Take a semolina in a bowl.
Add curd and required water,mix and gv rest fr 10 mnts.
Cut all veggies including green chillies and coriander. - 2
After resting,add all the veggies, salt, paper powder, tomato salsa sauce and lastly add oil. Give it a good mix.
Heat the tawa and grease with oil.
Add one and half ladle full of better on it. Spread a little,apply more oil.
Let it cook on a slow flame, then turn up side down and roast well.
Remove from the tawa,repeat the same procedure to make all Rosti. - 3
Rostis are ready.
Serve hot with peanut coconut chutney and enjoy..👌😋👍🏻
