Prepare the vegetables: Wash the Chinese broccoli thoroughly and slice it on the diagonal. Slice the carrot into rounds and thinly slice the cabbage. Peel the garlic cloves, rinse to remove any dirt, and roughly chop.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and let it get hot.

Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add shrimp, squid, and the prepared vegetables. Stir-fry together.

Add the rice noodles and stir-fry until everything is well combined.

Season: Add the sugar, light soy sauce, seasoning sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry to mix well. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it gently until it starts to set.
