Vegetable Samosa from Spring Roll Wrapper

Ingredients

Teatime Snack
  1. 8Spring Roll Wrapper (homemade)
  2. For the filling
  3. 1 bowlmixed carrots,peas and potatoes
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tspchilli powder
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tblsp lemon juice
  8. 3 tblsp freshly chopped coriander
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tblsp oil
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Required slurry to stick the samosa

    Make a Spring Roll Wrapper.
    Cut,wash and Steam boil the veggies,then spread on the dry cloth to sock the extra water.

    Add oil in a nonstick pan,add jeera.
    Then add all dry boiled veggies.
    Add salt, chillies powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, coriander and mix gently..
    Lastly add lemon juice and mix.
    Let it cool.

    Now take a wrapper cut in to two.
    Take one half part,stick with the help of slurry,
    Open it and fill the masala and cover the samosa completely.
    Make all with the same procedure.
    Heat the oil and fry all samosas on medium to high flame..
    Remove on kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.

    Place in the dish and serve with lemon wedges and Tea..
