Steps

Take a pan add besan rice flour buttermilk coconut water and water salt paste and hing. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Let it cook till thickens and gather. Now grease a thali spread the batter on it and allow it to cool.

Now cut the pieces length wise and rolls. Now take coriander Sprinkle on it.taje grated coconut and Sprinkle.

Take a pan heat it and add oil. Mustard. Cumin seeds and let it crackle and sesame seeds too..

Pour the tempering on the khandavi rolls. and serve.
