Ingredients

30 minutes
2 persons
  • 4small potatoes
  • Corn flour (2 tablespoon)
  • Chilli flakes (just for flavor)
  • Salt as required
  • Red chilli powder(according to your taste)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes in lengthwise.

    Add corn flour, chilli flakes, salt and red chilli powder

  3. 3

    Mix the mixture

    Add oil in a deep bottomed pan. Keep the flame low and add potatoes in it.

    Sprinkle salt and serve with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise 🍅❤️😋
