Beauty Pear Salad with White Chia seeds

2 ingredients go into making this super yummy and delicious Salad that's so simple and down to earth yet filling and wholesome.
White Chia seeds are used along with Beauty Pears variety from South Africa. They are sweeter and juicier. And White Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants and Fiber. They reduce the risk of Heart diseases and Diabetes. Not only this, they have elements like Phosphorus and Calcium which helps in maintaining overall bone health.
White and Black Chia seeds both have almost similar nutritional benefits except for their Colour. That's it. Both are just amazing.
As these seeds are loaded with antioxidants, they support weight loss too. So eating them on a regular basis does help out but do not have it everyday in large quantities. Using it twice a Week is enough. Use them as a topping, in Juices or Smoothies or just soak in water to enjoy it. Try as you prefer them.

Wash and clean the pears at first. Pat dry and cut into cubes of medium size. Add them to a serving bowl. Also soak white chia seeds in some water for 15-20 minutes.

Now on the cubed pear beauty, top with a generous sprinkle of swelled up white chia seeds. Toss well and that's all. Nothing more to be done. Easy and simple.

Serve it immediately. Or refrigerate until chilled and then relish it. Enjoy!
