  3. brioche burger buns
  4. burger toppings

    Divide ground beef into 6 3oz balls

    Heat pan to the highest possible heat

    Place balls on pan smash with a flat spatula

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper, wait 15-30 seconds

  5. 5

    Flip, season again, and add cheese if you want

  6. 6

    Place 1 pattie on bottom bun

  7. 7

    Add toppings, place the 2nd pattie on top
