Bread Egg Toast

Assemble ingredients

Cut out a circular shape from each bread slice through the help of a cookie cutter or with a steel glass.

In a mixing bowl, crack eggs, whisk it, add milk and whisk properly.
Add salt + black pepper powder and whisk well. - 4
Now add chopped tomato + onion and mix well.

Place pan / tawa on low flame, grease with butter, place bread slice, add slight butter right in the middle of the circular whole.
Now pour 4-5 tbsp of egg mixture in the middle of the slice and spread evenly all around. Cover it with the cut out / extracted round bread piece and press gently with spatula.

Now seal it with the cutout bread slice by pressing gently and cook/toast for 3-4 minutes under low flame.

By now egg mixture is firm, flip the other side and cook/toast for around 2 minutes. Repeat the same process with rest of the slices.

Toast is done. Serve with Cucumber slices and enjoy breakfast full of nutrition.
