This is one of my favorite soups, thick but not so thick you hafta eat it with a fork. #Soups
Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes and onion together in chicken broth until soft. Drain and reserve broth.

Heat reserved broth in large saucepan, stir in cream cheese until smooth.

Coarsely mashed potatoes, half chunky, half mashed. Add to broth mixture. Add ham and bacon. Season to taste. Simmer on low heat, stir in cheddar cheese just before serving.
