California Farm Cured Salmon Paprika Rolls

This recipe is based on cookpad member Tetiana’s stuffed paprika cream cheese recipe, слава україні, Tetiana. I used cured salmon and Brie cheese, roasted the paprikas in the air fryer. I also made a seperate recipe with strips of fresh cucumber instead of paprika.
California Farm Cured Salmon Paprika Rolls

Roast the sweet red Carmen peppers or the california wonder peppers 10 minutes at 450F in the air fryer, turn, roast ten more minutes. Trim and slice the skins in strips the width of a slice of Brie. Broil outside skin five minutes at 450F degrees till the thin translucent outer peel bubbles off, peel that off.

Slice the Brie cheese thin, the length of the pepper slices

Slice the cured salmon thin and lay on top of the Brie cheese on top of the paprika strips.

Wrap the salmon and cheese with the roasted peeled red paprika strip or fresh cucumber strip and secure with toothpick. Top with capers. Serve cold.
