Ingredients

  • 2 cupsoats
  • 3/4 cupraw nuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/4 cupcoconut oil
  • 1/4maple syrup and/or honey
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1/3 cupfruit
  • Optional Choco chips
  • Optional almond butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix oats, nuts, salt and cinnamon

  2. 2

    Add oil, syrup, honey and vanilla while mixing

  3. 3

    Pour onto baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone. Press together for more clumping

  4. 4

    Bake 300 f for 15min. Stir and bake for 10 more

  5. 5

    Cool for at least 45min. Add fruit and chips
