Steps

Cut X on the tomatoes and blanch them till the skin starts to peel. Peel and Cut pieces of the carrot and boil

Cool the tomatoes with cold water. Peel the skin and grind the tomato and carrot into a thick paste
- 3
Add Olive Oil to Pan. Sauté the garlic and onion till golden brown. Add the purée. Add salt, herbs, chilli flakes, oregano and pepper and bring to a boil.

Add pieces of basil and tomato ketchup. Stir and boil again.
