First add sugar powder in bowl add water and vanilla essence in glass bowl.

Stir on low flame until sugar dissolved boil till it
reaches gathering stage
consistency check.Add 3 tbsp ghee let it dissolve then add milk powder srir it well. Then our milky bar is ready to serve. - 3
Quickly transfer into mould and live it cool completely room temperature. Now our sweet yummy milky bar is ready to eat.
