First of all keep milk on medium flame then add sugar in it and after melting sugar add ground rice flour in it

Because of adding ground rice flour milk become a thick so add little bit water in it keep this mixture on low flame for next 5-7 minutes so that flour cooked properly.now add cardamom powder in it so that you get nice flavour to your farni. Add saffron stick in half cup of milk for 10 to 20 minutes then that milk add in phirni.

When we get proper thickness of firni off the flame make it cool down and then add mango pulp in it then mix it well and keep in refrigerater tasty ferni is ready.
