Another hand you can blanch peas.take a pan heat it add come butter and put all the spices except garam masala. Onions. Ginger. Garlic. Chilli. Cashew. Saute for two min till it looks soft.

Other wise you can put 1 tsp ghee and then methi leaves cook till soft.when the onions mixture completely cools down then Grint and strain it with a strainer.

Put ghee and butter in the pan then added grind wet spices. When masala is done nicely add peas and fengurick leaves. Cook for while and add malai and sugar stir and cook for some more. Add water and milk and cook heat for 5 minutes more.
