Mix all the 3 flours add all spices, turmeric powder, jeera, ajwain, green chilli and salt. (Can add any leaves of your choice like meeti,palak, corridor)
Add water and knead the dough and give rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then divide the dough into even sized balls. Roll out each of the balls into a medium thick circles.

Once bhakri are rolled, heat a tawa, place a bhakri on tawa, adding little oil cook it on both the sides.
It's ready to serve with tea or any Subji of your choice.
