Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 1 tspAlum powder
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tspcardamon powder

    Boil the milk. Add 1/2 cup sugar. Let it boil for sometime.

    Add pithkari to it. Stir continuously till some water is left.

  3. 3

    Take another vessel and caramelize the sugar. To this add the mixture previously preaped.

    Add cinnamon powder to this. When the mixture becomes sticky take down the vessel and add it to a ghee greased plate. You can give any shape and enjoy your penda.
