An Entire Japanese Leek with Eggs

The leek were cheap, so I made this to eat up lots of it.
-When sautéing the white parts of the leek, flip over when they've browned.
Step 3: Take care to stir lightly to avoid falling apart.
-The whole amount is seen dished up in the photo. Even a single person could finish it all. For 1 to 2 servings. Recipe by Yukipekopoko

Steps
- 1
Chop the leek into 1 cm.
- 2
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the leek. After browned, add the two kinds of soup stock and let the flavor soak in.
- 3
Crack the eggs into the pan and stir lightly. After it's cooked, flip over. Take care not to stir too much. Drizzle oil to finish.
- 4
Serve. It's even more delicious if the egg is lumpy.
