Assemble ingredients, lightly toast any one side of each bread slice.

Then spread a layer of Mayonnaise on the toasted side of each bread slice. Then fill it with the prepared Mushroom filling and spread it evenly.

Cover it with other bread slice keeping the toasted side inwards and press gently.
Put tawa on low heat, grease it with butter, place the sandwich, put butter on the edges for better toasting and toast till crisp and golden brown.
Flip and toast the other side too.
Sandwich is done.
