First add ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits and raisi.

Now add paneer and stir until ghee separates
Now add khoya to it and fry it, then add milk and sugar to it and keep stirring till it thickens. - 3
Now add cardamom powder and dry fruit to it and garnish the bowl with dry fruit and serve.
