Masala Aloo Frankie

For Tortilla:- Mix oil and salt in a wheat flour and knead a soft dough.Leave it for 10min.
Roll a big roti and roast on a tawa with slow flame both sides.
Tortilla is ready. - 2
For Aloo ;-Mash boiled potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds mustard seeds asofoitida ginger garlic chilli paste black salt turmeric powder and add mashed potatoes coriander.Mix it well. Lastly add garam masala.Saute and turn off flame. Aloo is ready. - 3
Take 1tbsp.Oil in a tawa.Roast garlic cloves peanuts Curry leaves and dry coconut. Take in a mixie jar.Allow it to cool. And churn on a pulse mode.
Now add red chilli powder churn again. Dry masala mixture is ready. - 4
For Masala Filling:- Take oil in a tawa.Roast ginger chilli garlic paste.chopped onion saute.Till looks transparent.
Now add chopped tomatoes beetroot and coriander. Mix it well Add salt black salt and stir.Saute on a slow flame. - 5
Now make a gap in centre of tawa. Add butter oil and saute dry mixture powder Add Pavbhaji masala saute and mix 2-3tbsp.water.Saute masala.and mix all masala mixture. And saute for 2-3min.Lastly add lemon juice. Turn off vegetable Masala is ready.

Take a tortilla and apply coriander chutney. Spread vegetable masala mixture. Now spread aloo mixture. Grate Cheese.Sprinkle chaat masala and roll it.
Roast on a tawa with butter. - 7
Wrap with foil paper.Yummy tasty Aloo masala Frankie is ready to Serve.
