Crack chicken pierogi casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 boxesfrozen pierogies
  2. 2 (15 oz)jars Alfredo sauce
  3. 2chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
  4. 5 stripsbacon, cooked
  5. 2-3 tbsranch seasoning
  6. 1 1/2 Cshredded cheddar cheese
  7. Salt & pepper to taste
  8. Optional: Creole seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, ½ cup cheddar cheese, salt & pepper and Ranch dressing mix. Add pierogies and toss to coat.
    Pour pierogies into prepared pan.

    Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes
